- Minimum 5-10+ years’ Group Benefits experience in an agency or broker setting
- Ability to Manage a growing book of business
- Experience working in a paperless environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Out of the box, solutions driven mind-set
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Active L&H license
