Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience of agency marketing/sales experience, ideally with commercial lines & WC
- Ability to operate independently, own your schedule and travel throughout Illinois
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Bachelor's degree and/or industry designations highly preferred (CPCU, CWCS, CIC, ARM, CRIS)
