Lead multiple commercial underwriting teams to drive profitable growth and market competitiveness. Set strategy, develop talent, and ensure compliance while strengthening agency/vendor partnerships. Collaborate with product, actuarial, claims, and sales to optimize offerings. Monitor trends, refine pricing/retention plans, and champion a “One Team” culture.
Must-Haves: 10+ yrs P&C leadership (commercial focus), proven team management, expert underwriting knowledge, strong communication and decision-making skills, cross-functional experience, tech/data proficiency.
