Ride the Wave – post pandemic w/record RFP’s expected this Next-gen leader in risk management solutions will soon onboard their next sales' “superstar” poised to grow revenue for its' cutting edge bundled and unbundled TPA/Cost Containment Services catering to the P&C Insurance Carriers, Brokers, Self-Insured and Municipalities throughout Western US focus on CA, OR, WA, MN, WI.   If you have acquisition sales experience in this realm, good tenure with a proven history in Claims Administrative Services calling on Employers and Brokers we would like to hear from you!

Knowledge of Workers' Compensation, Liability Insurance Markets is ideal. Strong presentation skills required. Prefer candidates to be based in/near Metro Cities in these or States CA, OR, WA, MN, WI  is ideal.  Competitive base with a lucrative bonus offered.

Prospecting, presenting products and services either on a one-to-one basis, or working within team environment. Meet or exceed targeted sales goals established by management for the specific marketplace and/or branch office. Exhibit at conferences & maintain account records in Sales Management Software

Ideal background: Strong existing relationship working with Brokers & Employers throughout this specified Western Region.  Excel at Solutions Driven Complex Sales. WC/GL business line knowledge a plus but not required.  Commissions: up to 3-400K total comp but no cap … excellent residual payout
