Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients
- Remarket renewal binders & policies
- Issue Certificates of Insurance and assist Commercial Producers
- Review client exposures, loss experience, current coverages, and responding to client questions and issues in a timely manner
- Utilize the agency management system in an accurate and timely manner to enter and maintain all pertinent account information
- Quote and bind New Business Policies
- Be able to utilize Docusign
- Manage client accounts receivables to ensure timely collection of premiums and payments to carriers.
