Well established (over 30 years) and financially stable wholesale/MGA company in the Dallas/Fort Worth area is looking for an experienced Commercial Underwriter. This person will be working with their top producing underwriting team and will be focused on underwriting new business accounts.
The ideal candidate will have:
– 3 plus years of commercial underwriting experience, preferably with varies lines of business – commercial auto, general liability, package, property. Any specific experience in professional liability would be a plus.
– Experience in an MGA/Wholesale environment focused on new business vs. renewal
– Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work on an experienced team
