Questpro is partnered with a growing insurance broker that is looking for a Data Analytics Consultant to join their Employee Benefits Team. You will serve as the technical and analytical lead, supporting a variety of data-driven projects working closely with the sales and marketing team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in the Atlanta area with a hybrid work schedule.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of health and benefits analytics experience
- Strong Excel and Numerical Orientation experience is a must
- Ability to convert data into usable information and insights that are easy for a non-technical audience to understand
- Experience with predictive modeling is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Any experience with Tableau would be a plus
