Our client is an established Independent Adjusting firm has created a new position to oversee their expansion business initiatives. This Director of Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for:
- Identifies and develops new business opportunities within
- Top 150 P&C Carriers
- MGA’s
- Flood Market
- London Market
- Insurtech
- Manage and expand key client relationships and works to build new ones
- Build and manage National Business Development Team
- Manage/Direct marketing and social media across all mediums
- Proposes and develops strategic partnerships with executive team
- Fulfill RFPs for potential customers and partnerships.
- Identifies sponsorships, associations and conferences that generate growth opportunities
- Track emerging markets and build programs that target growth
- Provides executive team with detailed forecastable new business
- Ability to travel 60%
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 8 years of proven track record selling claim services to the insurance industry.
- Proven track record selling claim services to the Top 125 P&C Carriers
- Proven track record selling claim services to MGA’s
- Proven track record selling claim services to the Flood Market
- Proven track Record selling claim services in the London Market
- Proven track record of selling claim services to the Insurtech Marketplace
- Prior Sales Team Management Experience
- Proven track record of sales forecasting/reporting
- Familiarity with technology and platforms used in the insurance claims industry
- Must have an entrepreneur self-starter mentality
- Strong analytical, financial and business acumen
