Employee Benefits Account Manager needed for growing TX based agency with multiple locations. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2-3 years of benefits account management experience in a retail agency setting.
This position is primarily client facing and leverages established competencies related to employee benefits administration services. This position will be a part of an account team and will work closely with other team members in service support activities. Traveling as necessary to client locations required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Current Texas Life, Health, HMO license required
- 5 or more years of insurance industry experience related to servicing benefits administration accounts preferred
- Strong knowledge benefits administration, and healthcare
- The regulatory environment of employee benefits plans with emphasis on Health Care Reform
