Leading LegalTech  Record Retrieval  Service Provider who's tech-enabled process seeks a Hunter to call on Tier 1 & 2 P&C carriers to save millions of dollars per year leveraging our secure and technology-forward workflow. It’s an exciting time to join this company because due to high market demand organization is experiencing tremendous growth and is expanding its team.

THE ROLE:
Looking for an accomplished, strategic, consultative hunter to play a pivotal role to scale offerings that revolutionize efficiencies for this “critical piece” of claims workflow. The role requires a self-starter, a quick learner, and a team player/collaborator.   This Senior Level Individual Contributor will help drive the growth for the organization by educating Liability Claims Leaders that they no longer must continue a very laborious process internally through a tech-enabled partnership with Company.   Ideal candidate will be a proven Enterprise Producer calling on Tier 1 Tier 2 Carriers w/heavy focus on Liability Claims Executives and stakeholder.   This candidate must have performed at the highest levels in fast-paced, high growth environments Legal / Insurtech space. The role will help shape the long-term strategy by refining our playbook for market growth

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Leverage a consultative approach with the ability to inspire trust and influence at all levels
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of health systems and imaging centers
  • Effectively manage deals throughout the entire sales lifecycle to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Understand our value proposition and successfully articulate it to target market
  • Become an expert in Company’s service solutions
  • Collaborate with the broader commercial team, leadership, and product/solutions engineering teams
  • Generate your own leads, in addition to those provided to you via other channels
  • Help shape our sales playbook
  • Attend conferences and travel as needed (approximately 5-15% travel)
  • Build pitch decks and present to prospective insurance executives
  • Develop a winning sales strategy that can be scaled

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • 5+ years of enterprise experience selling into P&C  insurance companies  C-Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Complete comfort in presenting to all groups including senior leadership
  • Experience with selling technology platforms and technology-enabled solutions, including leading demonstrations
  • Strong closing skills
  • Formal sales training (e.g., The Challenger Sale) and clear demonstration being a top individual contributor (e.g., President’s Club) highly preferred
  • Grit, curiosity, integrity, humor

KEY CHARACTERISTICS WE’RE SEEKING:

  • Strong network, LinkedIn presence
  • Strong executive presence
  • At least 5+ years selling into insurance companies
  • Expertise in positioning and selling services to new customers and markets
