Field Account Manager – Legal Services
Questpro is partnered with a proven, national legal services provider who's hiring dynamic Field Account Managers to call on Plaintiff Attorney Groups in these areas. If you love networking to foster strong relationship with Lawyers in the Field this could be your ideal role!
TERRITORY
Location 1) Covering Inland Empire (calling on Attorney Firms in this Area)
Location 2) Covering Los Angeles (calling on Attorney Firms in this Area)
- Actively managed an existing book of business to include claims, staff counsel and panel counsel location to retain and grow the order volume.
- Identifies client expansion opportunities within the existing footprint book of business.
- Identifies new opportunities within the geographic footprint.
- Implements new VIP logo accounts in the assigned geographic footprint. Responds to client inquiries, serving as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting or triaging questions and concerns.
QUALIFCATIONS
- Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation Claims preferred.
- Experience calling on or working with Attorney Firms
- 2+ years of experience managing client relationships.
- Professional polished presence
- Strong communication skills
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time within designated territory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization and client customer industry network.
- Outgoing and positive personality
- Ability to work in a fast – paced environment.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational/prioritization skills and ability to multi-task with close attention to detail implications and generate a change approach, solutions that drive the desired results.
- Ability to handle confidential information Punctual and dependable attendance.
