Inside Sales – Financial Services
Questpro is excited to be partnering with a 100+ year old Fortune 500 company to help them hire the next generation of Inside Sales professionals. This is an AMAZING opportunity to get the experience, training and licenses needed to get your start in the lucrative world of Financial Services Sales (Insurance, Mutual Funds, Investments).
This is not cold calling!
You will call on existing customers or people who have specifically asked to receive a call or information about these financial products. You will also help with customer questions, reviewing policies, etc.
We are looking for motivated individual with at least 1 year of inside sales experience or Call Center experience. Recent college graduates with a degree in Sales or Marketing and who want to be in professional sales will also be considered. You bring the desire and work ethic, and we will provide you with everything else you need to be successful. Sound good?!
– Learn and master Insurance and Financial Services products
– Make recommendations based on customer needs and suitability
– Cross sell other products as needed
– Build relationships and provide outstanding customer service
– Conduct customer needs analysis
– Proactively look for new sales opportunities
– Make recommendations for improvements with management
– Using the CRM/System (SalesForce)
– Reporting on your activity and results
– Prefer at least 1 year of inside sales experience (not required)
– Prefer experience working in a call center in sales or customer svc
– Desire to be in sales, motivated by sales and commissions!
– Ability to be coached and trained by industry veterans
– Strong communication skills, verbal and written
– Strong sense of customer service and doing the right thing
– Excellent relationship building skills
– Desire to be in a fun, fast paced environment
– Ability to pass Life and Health license w/in 45 days of hire
This job will train you for higher level positions in the industry such as Wholesaler, Internal Wholesaler and External Wholesaler or other non-sales roles in Customer Services and Operations.
