The scoop on the scope of work & necessary experience:
- 10+ years’ experience in Employee benefits working with large ASO / Self Funded accounts
- Lead employee benefits clients with development and execution of benefit strategy, marketing, renewal negotiations, and ongoing service.
- Specialize in benefits design, assessing analytic plan data and compliance.
- Develop and manage benefits programs that meet the objectives / goals and understand the strategic direction of clients
- Successfully serve as the primary consultant contact responsible for overall client satisfaction and employee benefits program management.
- Proactively work with data analytics partner Milliman to inform and guide client decisions.
- Consult on enforce products and research new products for both fully insured and ASO customers.
- Lead the renewal process for existing plans, provided direction to client service team regarding deliverables and supported new business opportunities as needed.
- Provide strategic direction and execution while being accountable for revenue and profitability of client accounts.
Support the client projects, wellness programs, marketing initiatives, and support clients daily needs .
- Create and organize Client Education & Compliance Program and Employee Wellness Program.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with excellent presentation skills
- Knowledge in Sales Force, AMS, ImageRight, Milliman’s MedInsight data system
