Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 10-15 years' experience in middle market commercial P&C underwriting with significant exposure to construction and/or energy (middle market/specialty vs. large accounts)
- Ability to recruit, hire, train and mentor senior level underwriting staff
- Good existing agency relationships in the Mountain West states and/or the ability to cultivate agency relationships anywhere
- Bachelor's degree required, industry designations (CPCU) preferred
