This is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced leader in Workers’ Compensation (WC) IME operations to drive performance, scale processes, and help lead a high-impact national expansion.

What You’ll Oversee

  • Day-to-day leadership of IME operations including intake, scheduling, QA, compliance, and provider management

  • Timely and accurate physician selection and scheduling, aligned with jurisdictional requirements

  • Oversight of provider network quality and expansion strategy

  • Client engagement: stewardship meetings, sales support, and resolution of service issues

  • Operational improvement initiatives in partnership with IT and internal stakeholders

  • Team training, development, and performance management

  • Consistent adherence to state statutes and industry regulations


Ideal Background

  • Leadership experience specifically in Workers’ Compensation IME operations

  • Strong understanding of jurisdictional requirements across multiple states; New York experience highly preferred

  • Direct oversight experience in IME scheduling or coordination

  • Proven success leading teams and driving measurable performance improvements

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and client-facing skills

  • Healthcare, claims, or medical management background preferred

  • Comfortable using systems and data to improve workflow and efficiency
