What You’ll Oversee
-
Day-to-day leadership of IME operations including intake, scheduling, QA, compliance, and provider management
-
Timely and accurate physician selection and scheduling, aligned with jurisdictional requirements

Oversight of provider network quality and expansion strategy

Client engagement: stewardship meetings, sales support, and resolution of service issues

Operational improvement initiatives in partnership with IT and internal stakeholders

Team training, development, and performance management
-
Consistent adherence to state statutes and industry regulations
Ideal Background
-
Leadership experience specifically in Workers’ Compensation IME operations
-
Strong understanding of jurisdictional requirements across multiple states; New York experience highly preferred

Direct oversight experience in IME scheduling or coordination
-
Proven success leading teams and driving measurable performance improvements

Exceptional communication, organizational, and client-facing skills
-
Healthcare, claims, or medical management background preferred

Comfortable using systems and data to improve workflow and efficiency
