Responsibilities
- Investigate and settle complex claims with minimal supervision.
- Work within established authority on moderate-to-difficult claims.
- Evaluate and set reserves using independent judgment.
- Assist supervisor and company attorneys in preparing cases for litigations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience handling lost time WC claims
- Must be licensed and have experience in Colorado
