Growing TPA in Florida is in need is in search of a temp, possible temp to hire a Business Systems Specialists. This position provides the navigation, technical and process support for all business users. In addition, they perform data quality analysis, accounting services and ultimate adjustments, and create reports for internal and external use.

• Perform daily claims check processing, check pulls, refund research, recovery, and other financial transactions.
• Provide data quality analysis and correction for financial, claims and policy related data.
• Answers staff inquiries
• Prepares various letters, reports and forms.
• Loss Runs
• Claim system reports
• Letter templates for use in claim system
• Monthly reporting maintenance
• Conducts QA of work performed and provides results to manager follows up on requested information Requirements:
• Precise attention to detail • Strong analytical skills
• Must demonstrate a strong knowledge of computers and software
• Knowledge in generating process documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Hours 7:30 to 4 OR 8 to 4:30
Pay $19/hour
