I co-founded Questpro Consultants in August of 1996 where I joined my partners in building the foundation of what is now considered to be the premier Insurance Recruiting firm in the nation. I went from the next great sportscaster and play by play man to sitting behind a desk and dialing for dollars! Now 25 Years later, I can safely say the best decision I’ve ever made. From coast to coast, my team and I match top notch insurance talent with the absolute best Insurance Carriers, Brokers, TPA’s and more. We are way more than headhunters. Questpro and the Q Companies are the one stop shop when it comes to looking for supreme talent of all levels.
When I am not playing KOAR (King of All Recruiters), I’m at home with my lovely wife, Lauren, and three sons, that continue to challenge me and keep me young: Parker, Owen, and Taylor. I’m also addicted and frustrated all at once by golf but love the game just as much as I love my family and team.
Shoot me an email! I’m looking forward to helping you find that dream job in the very near future.
I’ve spent most of my working life at Questpro, starting in January 2000. I began as a Recruiting Coordinator, learning the ins and outs of recruiting and the insurance industry. In 2006, I started up our research department, growing it to where it’s an important piece of our recruiting process today. In 2013, I became a Partner, where I focused on recruiting C-level jobs and enhancing our client base. At the beginning of 2016, I was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, leading our direct hire team and overseeing all of our recruiting tools and systems companywide.
I was born in Farmington Hills, MI but was raised in Fort Worth, TX. Growing up I wanted to become a doctor. However, after realizing the amount of school I would have to go through along with the price tag involved, I went to college wondering where life would lead me.
After I graduated from Boston University in 1999 and spending a short time working for a mutual fund company in Boston, my heart brought me back to the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
I have 2 daughters, Callie who is 3 years old and Maddie who is 1 year old.
I found the “Golden Ticket” 19 years ago when I was hired by Questpro to grow its temporary division, QTemps. Never in my wildest imagination did I think I would be working for such an energetic, fun-loving company that I call family whilst being able to work for such a kind and caring CEO, Kevin Burch.
I spent the first part of my career knocking on doors around the insurance industry, creating awareness of our new temporary division, QTemps. In 2013, I became partner of QTemps, managing our recruiters and the entire division’s operations. Over the years, we grew, going from 20 temps to over 250, with close to $11 million in sales. Now, as President of QTemps, I continue to grow and manage the division.
I have been a consistent member of Questpro’s Presidents Club, Employee of the Year, and top Producer of the year. I was born and raised in Dallas, TX and recently married my 8th grade boyfriend (yes you read that right), Patrick, in September of 2020. I have two beautiful step-daughters, the sweetest sister anyone could ever have and two amazing nephews that I adore.
A proud “Okie,” not from Muskogee but close to it, Jillanna joined Questpro Consultants as a “Rookie” Recruiter in the summer of 2000 and promoted to Partner in 2010. Recognizing the market demand for quality recruitment services within the rapidly growing Cost Containment Arena, Jillanna was responsible for the ramp up of the Questpro Managed Care Division in 2004. Since 2003 Metroplex Association of Personnel Consultants (MAPC) has named her one of the top industry recruiters: top 8 in 2008, 2009, 2010 & top 5 in 2011. Questpro Company awards include: Presidents’ Club Member & Top 3 Producer for the past nine consecutive years, including being named “Employee of the Year” in 2005 & 2012. She attributes success to her attention to providing results driven service to clients by continuously delivering high demand “A” players within the P&C Insurance and HealthCare disciplines of Claims/Workers’ Compensation, Sales/Account Management, IT, and Legal. Jillanna holds a Bachelors degree in Business Communications from Baylor University “Sic ‘Em Bears” and a Masters in Human Resources from Dallas Baptist University. Additionally, Jillanna loves spending time with family/friends especially her two busy little boys. As Board Secretary, she is also an active member of her son’s BSE PTA. Other interests include running, dance and travel.
I have the best job in the world serving as Partner & Vice President of Business Development for Questpro Consultants! I get to collaborate with hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives across the country to develop and grow their teams. After spending a few years in a recruitment-focused role for our firm, I understand what our clients are looking for in a staffing partner and what it takes to find the right talent at the right time for the right team. The recruiting game is not a one-size-fits-all solution, so I strive to build relationships with my clients and learn the motivating factors behind their hiring needs.
After graduating from the University of Kansas, I had no idea what I wanted to do with my career – which of course my parents were thrilled about. After being referred to the industry from a friend, I was offered a position at Lockton Companies working on large national accounts before transitioning to the HR team as a Recruiting Specialist. While recruiting for Lockton, I was able to work with Questpro recruiters as a supplemental resource for candidates, and I witnessed firsthand the dedication and passion they had for serving their clients. When Kevin Burch, our CEO, reached out to me about a new position building the QGrads division, I knew I had to jump at the opportunity. Through the P&C coverage training I received early on, and the experience from both in-house and agency roles, I feel grateful to have the opportunity to build upon those skills in my role with our sales team. I now work with our internal recruiters to strategize the best ways to support our clients, along with collaborating with some of the greatest leaders in our industry to solve their hiring challenges. I’ve landed speaking opportunities at conferences across the country and am honored to have been selected as a Rising Star in Insurance in 2021 and as an APCIA Emerging Leader in 2020. Questpro values
community partnerships and volunteerism, and I am honored to serve as an Associate Board Member for the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF), as well as a Strategic Planning Committee Member with RISE Professionals.
When I’m not working you can find me coordinating travel plans with my husband Nathan (a
Houston-native and fellow Jayhawk) and our one-year-old son, Thatcher. I’m grateful to work for a CEO like Kevin who understands that I fully utilize my PTO, and I’m not above hopping on an international flight and jetting off for a long-weekend whenever I get the chance! I like to say I haven’t been everywhere, but it’s on my list. I’m a sixth-generation Texan and while I love exploring the world, my favorite corner of it is here in Dallas with family. My long-term goals include earning a sommelier certification, learning French fluently, and driving our Questpro brand to new heights across the country.
Add me on LinkedIn if you’d like to discuss your hiring strategy, growth goals, or your most recent getaway – I’ll be all ears.
I got my start in Insurance recruiting back in 1997 with one of the largest MRI offices in the country, where I learned the business from the ground up. After spending the last 13 years at Adecco Staffing, I decided it was time for a change, and I was lucky to find my new role at Questpro. From day one in the business I have focused on working with top rated Life Insurance and Life Reinsurance companies across the country. Today I still work specifically with the Life Insurance industry and work most every type of position primarily at the mid-career level and up to Executive. Types of positions that my team and I work on include: Accounting/Finance, Actuarial, Claims, Data Science/Modeling, Investment/Asset Management, Legal/Compliance, Medical Director, New Business, Operations/Process Improvement, Project Management, Sales/Distribution, Underwriting, Wholesalers and Executive level positions from VP to CEO.
I was born and raised in the Dallas, TX area, and I have lived in Allen, TX for the last 15+ years. I am a proud “LumberJack” graduating from Stephen F Austin State University in Nacogdoches, TX. I have been married to the same beautiful woman for 25 years and have 2 sons who are 23 and 18 years old. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife, going to concerts, singing a little karaoke, and of course going to the movies of playing darts with my boys. I am an avid tennis player (4.5 level) and a tennis nerd.
My name is Bri Nutt and I’m from Fort Worth, Texas. I graduated from the University of Arkansas with my Bachelors of Science in Education. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, trying to perfect my favorite recipes, participating in group fitness classes and taking my cat Stella on stroller rides. I’m proud to be a part of the team at Questpro and enjoy working closely with the various teams.
I was born and raised in Chicago, and most recently moved to a small town in Wisconsin. I love spending my time working on photography, a big fan of cooking and drinking wine with friends and family and enjoying time on the lake in the summer. I enjoy collaborating with all the divisions of Questpro and being part of the team!
In my career, I’ve had the privilege of using my skills in strategic public relations, relationship-based sales, effective communication, and transformative writing at companies that embraced and equaled my passion for excellence.
Today, I am thrilled to serve as Business Development Consultant for Questpro supporting our national sales and marketing teams based throughout the country. Helping others reach their highest potential is a thrill for me that never fades.
In my spare time I enjoy traveling far and wide, writing in all forms, strumming my ukulele in an (only slightly improving) effort to make it sing, and, without a doubt, every moment I’m fortunate enough to spend with my beloved family and friends.
I look forward to connecting with you!
I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors in Advertising and Public Relations and a Minor in Marketing.
I began my professional career in healthcare marketing, which led me to a business development position with a focus in workers’ compensation and managed care. I was ultimately referred to Questpro by an industry friend, and then employee, and I proudly joined Questpro in February 2016 as Business Development Director for Florida – focusing on establishing and maintaining relationships with carriers, TPAs, agencies, brokerages and MGAs throughout the state. After four years of helping clients meet their individual needs, I transitioned to Sales Research, where my daily concentration shifted to our internal business development team, working to equip each member of our sales team with data and opportunities needed to form new relationships and write new success stories of their own. Today, I serve as Director of Marketing where I have the privilege of sharing our team’s many capabilities and successes across multiple channels.
As an INFJ (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) and strong on the CliftonStrengths Empathy talent scale, I naturally strive to understand and relate with others, and have enjoyed learning the ins and outs of the insurance and risk management industry, from our clients’ perspective. I love hearing success stories from clients about how our services have assisted in the growth and success of their respective businesses.
It’s truly an honor to work alongside a team full of knowledgeable, skilled, caring individuals, who each share in the same vision and goal of helping outstanding companies attract, hire and retain outstanding talent. It’s a great feeling to know that collectively, we’re working together to make a positive impact.
As a Native Floridian, I love everything about the Sunshine State, and spend much of my free time outdoors with my daughter and our three goldendoodles.
In 2004, I returned to Dallas from Austin after a couple so-so years at the University of Texas in need of both funds and direction. For three years I sought a new path, working at a sign shop, CPA’s office, and full-commission sales while taking night classes and attempting to get some sleeping.
In 2007, through the great fortune of an old friend’s referral, I met Kevin Burch and a tribe of people who spoke my language, were doing something I knew how to do (sell), in an industry I happened to know a little bit about (insurance). What was cloudy became perfectly clear. Sourcing in a bullpen turned into clients, clients turned into sales, sales turned into referral business and RFP’s, and suddenly, I had something of a career going.
In 2013, I opted to go remote and somewhat ironically moved right back to Austin. My recruiting focus, network and responsibilities have evolved over time, but simply said, what I do best is help solve talent problems, which in insurance means helping incumbents dominate, new entrants grow, insurtechs disrupt, and fellow industry service providers deliver value.
Given the investment and attention insurance is receiving, what I love most about insurance recruiting is that nobody knows what any of this will look like in 5-10 years, and I get to help people mitigate that risk in their career.
When I am not busy recruiting or chasing around my family, you can usually find me running or cycling around Austin’s beautiful landscape, golfing at one of it’s historic municipal courses, or patronizing a local brewery.
Although I claim to be a native Texan, I was actually born in OK and moved to Dallas when I was 6. My dad nick-named me his “Okie from Muskogee” after a Merle Haggard song. To this day, I am still not sure why.
After graduating from Texas Tech University in 2006 in degree in Communications (after changing my major 3 times), I came back to Dallas, like many others after college, wondering what was next. My gift of gab and desire to know everything about everyone (my friends have a saying about me, “everywhere she goes there is not a stranger she does not know”), led me staffing with Questpro in 2010.
I love recruiting insurance professionals and have learned so much about the industry and the people the last 10 years. I have placed account managers, risk and claims professionals and much more. My priority is making sure I understands my clients’ needs, so they have the best experience while working with Questpro and receive top talent for their team.
Outside of work, I’m an active member of DCA, RIMS and IIAD, and I love attending networking events. Since I’ve started with Questpro, I’ve gotten engaged, married, and I’m now a proud mother to my crazy outgoing son, Otto! I couldn’t have asked for a better support system through it all!
My passion and success as an insurance recruiter can be traced back to my days working as an insurance claims examiner. What can I say – I love the insurance industry, and I can’t quit it!
I’ve been with Questpro since 2011 on the QTemps team as a Senior Recruiter and Client Manager. My focus is with both temp and temp-to-hire positions for claims professionals, underwriting support, account managers, customer service representatives and administrative staff. During my ten years with the company, I’ve received the following recognitions: Presidents’ Club Member, 2015 Employee of the Year, and 2020 Producer of the Year. My goal is to provide superior service to both our clients and candidates.
A long-time resident of the Dallas area, I enjoy sewing and quilting, and spending time with friends and family. Also, I’m a “groupie” to a local Jazz band my sister-in-law sings with. If you’re in the Dallas area, shoot me a message and come along sometime!
I’m a Florida native but moved to Colorado in 2015 and never looked back. I’ve been in the insurance industry since 2010 starting in business development then moving into recruiting in 2014. I quickly discovered that people are my passion and I enjoy helping folks discover their passions & assisting them in finding their perfect position. I truly believe we should love what we do every day because life is too short!
I recruit on the Life Insurance team at Questpro working roles including Actuaries, Data Scientists, Underwriters, Project/Product Managers and Executives across the Life, Retirement, LTC, CI/DI, and Health space.
I’m a new dad (at least if my 6-year-old chihuahua doesn’t count), so I spend most of my free time these days staring lovingly at my baby girl and trying to help my spouse take care of her. When not doing that, I play the drums and piano (check me out at theslowrain.bandcamp.com), reading boring history and philosophy books, and I love horror fiction as well. I also watch too much TV and care way too much about the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers and college football.
I love my Questpro family and have been specializing in the Life space for over 2 years. The biggest thrill I get here is learning about innovation and change in the insurance industry and helping candidates get to work for companies that are pushing the envelope in the world of InsurTech! If you ever want to just talk about technology, culture, history, philosophy, or if you actually want to pursue new opportunities in the Life Insurance sector PLEASE reach out to me!
I am a Tampa native but love visiting the mountains of North Carolina as often as I can. I graduated from Auburn University (War Eagle) and went on to get a masters from University of South Florida. In 2020, I joined the commercial insurance department of an agency where I supported the client service team and a large book of business. I currently hold a Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty General Lines License. I moved into recruiting because I am passionate about helping people live their best lives and find genuine happiness, and the right job is a big part of that!
When I’m not working, I enjoy long walks with my Shih-Tzu Thomas, spending time with my family, cooking and doing “foodie” things, ANY sort of game (I love competing), singing karaoke, kayaking, reading, and motivational/self-improvement podcasts! I am so excited to be a part of the Questpro family!
I have a background as an Account Manager and a Sales & Marketing professional in the Prestige Beauty and Cosmetic Industry. I have several years of overseeing business operations, executing operational initiatives and achieving company objectives through new business development, relationship-building, and problem resolution. I recently transitioned this experience into Recruiting and now work as a Recruiter, in the insurance industry.
I am a Native Texan and live in the Dallas, Texas Metroplex. I enjoy traveling and shopping at Costco.
I started my staffing career in 2014 and have been a Recruiter in the insurance industry since 2016. The majority of my background is temporary staffing in P&C, Health and Life, although P&C has always my sweet spot. My Bachelor’s degree is in Marketing and Sales from DeVry University. I was lucky enough to land a place here at the Questpro family in Fall of 2021. Truly the best company I have ever been a part of!
I was born and raised in Chicago, and I currently live in the Chicagoland suburbs with my finance and two cats. I enjoy nature walks, bike rides, eating Chicago pizza, and traveling (especially to the sunshine state to escape the winters)!
In 2014, the Recruiting industry found me when I was referred by an industry professional and former colleague. I began my professional career as a Research Analyst on the Questpro direct hire team, where I combined my love for investigating and digging for information along with my passion for developing relationships, to attract top tier insurance talent for our clients. In the game of recruiting, I play an active role to tee up highly qualified candidates for our recruiters to knock them out of the park. Our unique approach and vast skill set allows for our teamwork to be second to none.
I’ve been a proud member of Questpro’s President’s Club for the past 6 years and received recognition for Employee of the Year in 2017. In 2018, I was promoted to Research Manager, overseeing the direct hire research team.
Born and raised in Texas, I recently relocated to Boise, ID with my husband and two furry four-legged children. Since relocating, I’ve assumed the role of Recruiting Account Manager. I enjoy being out in nature and exploring the majestic Gem State, turning people’s junk into treasure, and discovering new local breweries.
My career with Questpro began in February 2020 as a researcher. Previously, I worked as a recruiter, focused in the accounting and finance industries. Now, I’m a part of the Questpro Life Insurance team and assist in discovering talented actuaries, underwriters, accountants, business analysts, IT professionals, and sales specialists. I’m a proud Fightin’ Texas Aggie, Class of 2015, with a B.S. in Economics. I never miss the 12th Man play on Saturdays. In my spare time, I enjoy playing golf, reading spy novels, listening to George Strait songs, and eating good BBQ.
Growing up, I lived in East Texas, Omaha Nebraska, then Dallas as a teenager. A business-comedy telenovela sparked my passion for marketing many years ago, so I decided to pursue a degree in marketing at The University of Texas at Dallas. While at UT Dallas, I joined the Professional Sales Program where I learned the science of social selling. During my last semesters at UT Dallas, I interned as a commercial lines sales intern at a Dallas-based insurance agency where I learned to appreciate insurance and all its moving parts. I graduated with my B.S. in Marketing and a USCA Sales Certification. I truly have a passion for helping people, so I am excited to be a part of the Questpro team where I can help folks find the next step in their careers! In my free time, I like to play outdoors with my 5-year-old, Benjamin, who has recently taken up a love for tee-ball.
Pam graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Business Management and immediately began her career in Human Resources. She soon discovered staffing was her path when she started working in the industry in 2012. She worked for a national staffing company for 6 years where she started as an Assistant, learning the industry, and moved to a Consultant role for the past 4 years. Her passion is helping each candidate and client find the perfect fit. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young children.
Jamie joined the Questpro/QTemps team in April 2004. She started her career with QTemps as a recruiter and transitioned into the role of Office Manager for the company in 2007. Jamie graduated from Texas Tech University in 1996 with a Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant, Hotel and Institutional Management. She is a devoted mother to 2 boys ages 13 and 15. She loves to spend time with her family and to travel. Jamie’s role is to make sure we all are on top of our games each and every day.
