A Leading Industry Expert in developing Education and Content for the Property and Casualty Insurance industry is looking for a Director of Curriculum.
You will be responsible for developing content and curriculum for all training and educational programs as well as well overseeing:

- Seminar/Conference Curriculum Development (excluding CRC)
- Webinars
- Manage Online Insurance CE Programs (currently CRIS, MLIS, AFIS, ERIC, TRIP, MRIS and General CE) and other training programs
- Marketing and Promotion of Training and Educational Programs
- Classroom Program Management and Coordination
Looking for candidates that have the following qualifications:
- Minimum degree is a Bachelors. Any extended education is a plus!!!
- 5+ years of Commercial and Personal Lines insurance experience (well rounded)
- Experience developing and participating in seminars/conferences, insurance instruction programs, or online training programs required.
- Prior or current experience as classroom/training Facilitator for insurance or other educational training, preferably insurance related.
- Some experience with public speaking.
- Attainment of or substantial progress toward CPCU, ARM, CIC, or CRM designation required.
Hybrid role with 2 days in the office. 30% travel national travel to industry and IRMI events.
