Questpro is partnered with a Specialty Insurance Carrier that’s seeking a PREMIUM AUDIT COORDINATOR to play a critical role ensuring that the audit inventory is monitored and organized and serve as a first point of contact for policyholders and agents for the Premium Audit Department.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Organize and maintain the audit inventory as well as assign premium audits to internal auditors and third-party auditors.
- Field initial audit inquiries and delegate and/or facilitate their resolution by coordinating with the proper department – Premium Audit, Accounting, or Underwriting.
- Distribute completed audits to Account Managers for review and necessary endorsement processing.
- Ensure the timely completion of premium audits as required by state regulators.
- Coordinate and ensure that necessary premium audit instructions are maintained in the company’s systems- noting special instructions, and previously agreed upon procedures.
- Perform quality review of audits ensuring that audits are completed accurately and professionally.
- Learn how to complete basic virtual premium audits with the potential of becoming proficient at more complicated physical, “in-person” audits.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- General knowledge of Workers’ Compensation Insurance
- Knowledge of NCCI’s classification system, preferred not required
- Organized Professional with Attention to Detail
- Ability to manage Multiple Tasks and Projects
