Responsibilities:
- Provides internal assistance to 2-4 Commercial Lines Account Managers.
- Processes client policies, endorsements, audits, cancelations, and reinstatements.
- Audits insurance policy documents and works with Insurance Carriers and Account Manager to correct inaccuracies.
- Produces schedules and summaries of insurance.
- Sets up, Issues renewal and new certificates of insurance and evidence of property
- Reviews certificate requirements for certificates of insurance against current program identifying differences and advising service team and insured. Requesting endorsements if needed.
- Maintains accurate information in agency management systems.
- Creating tasks for follow up and staying current on tasks
- Completes accounting-related transactions including complex and multi-client invoicing.
- Gathers renewal information and assembles applications and schedules for the Account Management team.
- Assists Account Management team in delivering client service and meeting client retention goals.
- Drafts proposals
- Data entry and printing of insurance documents
- Loss Run Requests and Claims Summaries
- Auto ID Cards
- Assists with billing/invoicing questions and issues
- Creates Claims Manual and other client deliverables
- Creates renewal update documents and delivers to customer
- Online rating/quoting
- Claims follow up
- Ability to gain exposure to Account Management job activities.
