One of our top clients, who is one of the most well-recognized restoration companies in the US is looking for a Construction Project Manager for their St. Louis, MO territory.
Responsibilities
- Assist other PM, and Senior PM's and volunteer for CAT duty as possible
- Communicate daily with Estimators on status of project, adjustments needed to timelines, or issues
- Construction focus — plan, coordinate, and oversee employees and subcontractors in all phases of work
- Read and manage blue prints
- Responsible for projects exceeding $1M
- Understand and adhere to local building codes and regulatory agencies
- Manage and document rate and material projects and work with PM's or Estimators in development of restoration plans
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3 plus years project manager experience preferred;
- Residential/Commercial Construction background required
- Xactimate experience not required but preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
