Responsibilities:
-Primarily responsible for assisting the Account Managers and Senior Account Manager by providing accurate and professional customer service to assigned Commercial P&C customers within various industries, such as, real estate, technology, contractors, and etc.
-Hybrid position – 3 days in office 

-Orders, maintains, and ensures the accuracy of policy endorsements
-Checks issued policies for accuracy and follows up with the carriers, as needed, for corrections
-Processes Certificate of Insurance Requests for customers
-Inputs and files policy coverage data in the agency management system
-Addresses carrier billing issues
-Downloads policies and endorsement from carrier websites daily
-Distributes mail daily
-Responsible for helping achieve department and organization revenue growth goals, through customer retention and collaboration within the department and organization

 
Requirements:
-At least 18 years of age
-High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or equivalent, preferred
-Texas General Lines Property and Casualty License, preferred
-1-3 years insurance experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
