National E&S Program Administrator with heavy Real Estate/Property related Programs is seeking National Leader of Underwriting and Distribution. This role will oversee a team of 10+ Underwriting related roles, team is spread out across the US. Preference is that this role sit in either Chicago/Atlanta/NY but open to a true remote role with understanding that some travel will be included as needed. Target accounts are in the small to mid size accounts, typical building size is 3-4 Million, Max currently is around 250 Million. Company has a great culture, long term tenure on the team and this role could evolve into the chief underwriting officer down the road.
