7 Questions that will help YOU interview THE INTERVIEWER and impress them

When you go to an interview, you expect to be the one who is asked tons of questions, but don’t forget you are interviewing the company too. Asking your interviewer these critical questions will do two things; help you determine if this is the job you see yourself in the long term, it will also impress the interviewer and help you stand out.
QUESTION #1: What do the day-to-day tasks and projects of the role look like?
QUESTION #2: What do you love the most about working at the company?
QUESTION #3: What metrics do you use to measure success in this position?
QUESTION #4: What are the company’s core values? What characteristics do you look for in employees to reflect the core values?
QUESTION #5: Are there career advancement and professional development opportunities? If so, what do those look like?
QUESTION #6: Who will I be working most closely with?
QUESTION #7: What do you see as the most challenging aspect of this position and industry?
Arm yourself with these questions, and you will walk away from that interviewer with confidence, clarity, and a better understanding if it’s the right job for you.
