Life Insurance Brokerage Manager – (Brokerage/BGA)
We are excited to be working with an early-stage technology focused Life Insurance Broker/BGA with a laser focus on helping Agents and Advisors streamline their practice and make it easier to write more business!
We have (2) current positions open for an experienced Brokerage Manager for Individual Life Insurance.
** These positions can be remote anywhere in the USA **
The top skills we are searching for are:
– Experience (recruiting) Life Insurance Agents and Financial Advisors
– Experience running (illustrations and product recommendations)
– Ability to develop and (nurture relationships with Agents and Advisors)
– Experience in a multi-carrier environment (Brokerage experience)
– (Individual Life Insurance) product knowledge
– Proven ability to help Agents and Advisors to write business
Our ideal candidate will have an established network of Life Insurance Agents and Financial Advisors to tap into in order to hit the ground running. Our client is also specifically looking for someone who has experience working for a Broker and who has experience in a multi-carrier environment to understand the nuances of the different carriers based on product, age, impairments, etc.
Summary:
As a Brokerage Manager you will directly recruit independent agents and financial advisors. You will need to have experience working directly with the advisor/agent and be able to find ways to discover and on-board new agents and advisors. You will assist agents and advisors on submitting new business, make product recommendations and run illustrations/quotes. You will need to understand the ins and outs of multiple carriers and their characteristics, payouts, etc. Ideally we are looking for someone who has a network/book and wants to continue building your book of business. This is Life Insurance (Term, UL, IUL, WL, etc)
This is a very exciting ground floor opportunity where there will be opportunity to earn equity!
This is a remote insurtech environment offering very collaborative work, fun events, unlimited PTO and benefits. This can be remote with travel into the office 1 time per quarter.
Our client is offering an excellent compensation plan that consists of a guaranteed base salary plus variable compensation with OTE for the first 1-2 years of 150-175k.
