Life Sciences Broker – VP/SVP
Come build and grow a Life Sciences practice in a dynamic, flat-structured environment with limitless potential.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive sales, expand our carrier network, and grow QuoteWell’s footprint.
  • Develop and maintain strong client and agent relationships.
  • Market, quote, bind, and negotiate the best terms for new and existing business.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Ops to streamline surplus lines operations.

What You’ll Need:

  • A solid book of business and necessary licenses.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to handle high-volume deals.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • A scrappy, go-getter mindset with a drive to get things done.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
