The ideal candidate will have:
- 1 plus years of 3rd party/agency recruiting experience in a direct-hire/contingency environment OR life insurance agency sales/recruiting experience.
- Proven success in working with a sense of urgency, with the willingness to go above and beyond.
- Ability to engage and develop relationships with candidates and clients
- Organization and multi-tasking skills, with a focus on keeping yourself accountable.
- Any experience in recruiting within the life insurance industry would be a big plus.
