Business Development Representative | Investigations

Location: 100% Remote — Must reside in a major metro area within the Northeast
Territory: Northeast (Primary: NY, NJ, PA, MA, CT, RI) with potential regional expansion
Industry: Cost Containment / Investigations — calling on Law Firms, Self-Insureds, Carriers, and TPAs (Workers’ Comp, Auto, Disability)

Scope of Position:

Drive new business development across the Northeast while leveraging existing national accounts and expanding the company’s established East Coast footprint. Primary focus includes Law Firms, Self-Insureds, and Insurance Carriers/TPAs throughout the assigned Northeast territory.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven success obtaining and growing accounts at local and regional levels

  • Direct experience selling into Law Firms and Self-Insureds

  • Background in Investigations, SIU, Surveillance, or Cost Containment services

  • Strong professional network within the Northeast claims, workers’ compensation, or risk management industry

  • Self-starter with consultative sales skills and CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)

  • Active involvement in local or regional industry associations (IASU, IFM, RIMS, etc.)

  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
