Recruiting Account Manager

Qualification
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a direct hire or temporary/contract agency environment only.
- Highly proficient in sourcing candidates, clients, job leads with job boards and internet research.
- Hands on experience in using Linked In Recruiter.
- Proven success in working with a sense of urgency, with the willingness to go above and beyond.
- Ability to engage and develop relationships with candidates and clients
- Organization and multi-tasking skills, with a focus on keeping yourself accountable.

QGrads Manager- Coordinator- Director
Job Summary:
The person in this role will manage the full recruiting cycle of our QGrads division, including client sourcing, client relations, candidate recruiting and candidate coordinating. This person will also attend events and meetings that may be outside of regular business hours. There is also some public speaking that is required for this role. Outside of QGrads, you will also help the other Questpro divisions with their recruiting needs, as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Requires attendance of events outside of regular work hours
- Required overnight travel during the two peak seasons of college career fairs
- Administer the Campus recruiting strategy, including identifying new clients
- Utilize CRM database in order to track and report on opportunities and interview activity, as relates to clients and candidates
- Builds relationships with candidates, existing clients, and prospective clients
- Manage communications with campus careers services, Gamma Iota Sigma Chapters, University RMI program leaders
- Participate in campus events such as speaker panels, GIS meetings, career fairs
- Role requires some public speaking
- Liaise with social media strategist to align activities with brand strategy and achieve a consist message
- Utilize handshake and other online recruiting forums to source candidates and post opportunities
- Actively market QGrads to existing Questpro and QTemps clients
- Work with Questpro and QTemps recruiters as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Able to track applicants in recruiting database
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Exceptional client and candidate service focus
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to work efficiently while managing multiple projects at varying point in recruiting cycle
- Passion for developing your own role, division and drive to really expand the QGrad brand and reach
- A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in HR, recruiting, sales of a related discipline
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience

Inside Sales Rep
Is your middle name Resilient? Do you enjoy the challenge of the chase? If the answers to both questions are a resounding YES, Questpro’s Inside Sales role is the position for you!
You will focus on customer acquisition that will involve heavy cold calling of new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads.You will provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.
- Creating and maintaining a list of prospect clients in our database
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
- Working with outside sales team when closing sale
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
- Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
- Closing sales and working with client through closing process
Requirements:
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
- High school degree or equivalent
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
- Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
Researcher/Sourcer
Are you an expert “Googler?” Can you spend hours upon hours researching a subject? Questpro, one of the premier insurance specific recruiting firms in the country, needs you! We are looking for an individual for our sourcing team, responsible for uncovering all potential candidates on the Internet, with a heavy focus on utilizing websites like LinkedIn, CareerBuilder and other job sites. This individual will work closely with the recruiting staff to fill job orders for our clients across the US.
Requirements:
- Internet savvy. Any experience in using Boolean searching methods would be a plus.
- Able to handle multiple projects at once.
- Highly organized.
- Someone potentially interested in moving into a recruiting role.
