Our client is a global insurance brokerage looking for a Manager who oversee Account Managers.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and operationalize account managers' book of business analyzing metrics, including number of accounts, complexity of accounts, and inception dates.
- Monitors assigned account manager clients' satisfaction, including both internal and external clients.
- Monitors performance and suggests changes in assignments.
- Manages any instances of underperformance within the team and to advocate for those Account Specialists looking for promotion opportunities
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
- Brokers P&C license required.
- Monitoring and increasing colleague engagement on the team,
- Experience monitoring clients' satisfaction, including both internal and external clients.
Hybrid Schedule – 2 days in the office
