Head of Client Strategy – Insurance Technology and Consulting

Location: Remote (Eastern/Central Time Zones) | Travel Required

About the Role

We've been engaged by a global consulting, technology, and managed services firm serving the P&C insurance ecosystem to recruit a Head of Client Strategy. This executive will lead all commercial and go-to-market functions, driving revenue strategy and overseeing business development across multiple solution lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set global go-to-market strategy across consulting, managed services, and technology solutions
  • Oversee senior business development leaders across Tech Services, Operations, CAT Modeling, Strategic Alliances (Duck Creek, Guidewire), and Demand Generation
  • Build C-suite relationships with insurers, reinsurers, MGAs, and brokers
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and ecosystem-led growth
  • Represent the firm at strategic client conversations and industry forums

Ideal Candidate

  • 20+ years progressive leadership in P&C insurance services, technology, or consulting
  • Proven success building revenue-generating teams and securing large contracts
  • Deep P&C insurance business model expertise
  • Executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience with platform vendors (Duck Creek, Guidewire) preferred
