Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) and/or Life Insurance

Active Life & Health and P&C insurance licenses (or ability to obtain)

Honest, ethical, and professional

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong multi-tasking, follow-through, and organizational skills

Positive, resourceful, and self-motivated

Professional phone etiquette

Strong work ethic, goal-oriented, and able to handle challenging situations
Responsibilities:

Acquire new business through phone calls, networking, and other lead sources

Develop insurance quotes, present solutions, and close sales

Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealers, etc.

Provide exceptional customer service, greeting all clients promptly and professionally

Understand and adhere to underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements

Stay up-to-date on new products and industry trends
