What You’ll Own:

Revenue & Physician Strategy: Optimize physician selection, cost controls, and alignment with client fee schedules.

Team Leadership: Lead and develop 5+ direct reports across Scheduling, QA, and Client Services — building a performance-driven, engaged team.

Client Experience: Ensure turnaround, communication, and deliverables consistently exceed expectations.

Executive Reporting: Provide leadership with regular operational reporting and actionable insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with HR, Finance, IT, and Business Analytics to meet performance goals.
What You Bring:

Proven experience in IME, claims, or cost containment operations.

Minimum 5+ direct reports managed in a performance-based environment.

NY Workers’ Comp familiarity strongly preferred.
